About the Vice President and General Manager at Headspace Health:

Headspace Health, a newly formed digital medicine subsidiary of Headspace, is looking for an exemplary Vice President and General Manager to lead this business unit and oversee commercial strategy and operations. The VP and GM will partner with the Health + Science Team to help achieve the mission of improving the health and happiness of the world.

• Business leader of Headspace Health, a subsidiary business of Headspace, Inc.
• Develop and oversee commercial strategy and operations for business unit and its portfolio of products
• Responsible for P&L of subsidiary business
• Partner with CTO and VP Product, VP Content, and VP Design to oversee product development
• Oversight of regulatory affairs
• Owns GTM strategy and commercialization model. 
• Manage all consultants/contractors
• Manage all Headspace Health team members
• Reports directly to Chief Science Officer of Headspace, Inc.

What you’ve accomplished:

• Experience launching a multi-million dollar regulated product
• Proven record of building and leading business strategy and operations 
• Led a product team or business unit
• Experience with Phase 1-4 products 
• Biotech, medtech, or pharma experience, with digital therapeutics/digital medicine experience a strong plus
• Team leadership experience
• Experience presenting to C-Suite and Board
• Full P&L responsibility
