Training Coordinator

Interested in working with a growing team tasked with building cutting edge content & training customers in a growing company & industry? The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who considers organization and attention to detail their priorities. They will help coordinate for a team that builds, delivers and grows engaging training programs to new and existing customers and our internal Titans. The Training Team Coordinator will support the Training team and its leadership with the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of internal meetings, travel, and events as well as other key tasks and projects. Additional key tasks that the coordinator will be responsible for are updating the training events calendar, maintaining the ServiceTitan Academy training recordings, and supporting the training team's new hire onboarding program. A successful candidate will work closely with the team’s leadership to improve internal processes and procedures as it relates to all logistical challenges. The work will be extremely rewarding and impactful.
What you'll do:
Organize and schedule internal team meetings and offsites, including note taking and agenda planning both an ongoing and ad-hoc cadence
Coordinate the Fixed Schedule for all delivery and program trainers
Coordinate customer onsite visits, including travel as well as the scheduling of relevant Customer Success team members required for the onsite and set pre-visit meeting prep and agendas via the project management system used by teams (Asana, SalesForce)
Partner with other parts of the org on training needs, programs & events, and other needs as determined by our fast-growing business
Maintain training team websites and communication tracker for paid events as well as email templates, customer communication and trainer communication as needed
Work with E-learning team to upload any recorded training sessions, and update registration links for workshops
Update training team internal process pages via Confluence and other systems
Partner with the Training Enablement Manager for any team enablement needs
Coordinate with our programs team for all things related to our paid training events, and our customer user conference, Pantheon.

What you'll bring:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in G-Suite, and Apple Office Suite
Experience with Asana and SalesForce
2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in team coordination, event management or office support
Experience preferred in startup environment/SaaS/tech environment
Ability to move quickly and make confident decisions
High energy, enthusiasm and professionalism
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to navigate through challenging conversations
Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks
Outstanding problem solving and solution-orientation
Exceptional emotional intelligence & ability to handle tough situations with clear communication, positive attitude & creative solutions
Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and communication skills
Exceptional ability to understand unique or complex workflows
Excellent ability to multi-task the development, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information
Ability to work as part of a tightly integrated team and collaborate across functional and organizational boundaries
Preferred:
Advanced skills/competency working with the Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Tableau and other reporting tools
Demonstrated skill in achieving cooperation from others in order to achieve a goal
Experience in process development and/or continuous improvement
Experience with LMS systems and other training development tools, such as Keynote, Asana or like project tracking tool, SalesForce, Lessonly
Ability to write business correspondence and technical documentation
