Endpoint is looking for someone to assist the Title Team in resolving title curative issues, reviewing underwriting requirements and creating title commitments to enable a smooth closing. This person will also assist the closing team in evaluating submitted documents to evaluate if they satisfy title requirements and/or affect title to the property. The role will investigate and interpret tax records in order to determine tax liability as well as provides exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers. ***This role can be worked remotely***
As a Title Operations Specialist you will use your skills to:
- Support Title Teams with various administrative tasks to produce title commitments and policies for customers
- Pulling current tax and assessment information for current transactions
- Upload and attach any search, tax or abstracted documents to a file
- Pull and attach additional documents needed such as exception items for customer requests
- Research public records through electronic title plants and/or online Grantor/Grantee searches to assist in the analysis of title and real property taxes for properties
- Update title fees as needed
- Update title commitments/reports for closing or newly recorded documents
- eRecord documents for closing on a case to case basis, if needed
- Assist with policy production and delivery
- Assist with any other title functions as needed
- Develop fluency in company operating system
You’ll Come to Endpoint with:
- 2+ years related experience directly assisting with escrow and/or title transactions with some real estate related knowledge and experience
