FIGS is looking for a Teams Relationship Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Teams Relationship Management team. This individual will be an ambassador for potential and existing TEAMS customers, ensuring word-class experience in every interaction and fostering unbeatable customer satisfaction. As a key member of the Teams Relationship team, you’ll work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to stay current with new products and processes so it is important to understand how to effectively communicate through several departments and workflows. The role reports directly to FIGS’ Manager of Customer Success.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Support opportunities and communications with the Teams Relationship Management team
- Be an ambassador for potential and existing customers
- 1-2 years of sales support experience
- Experience using CRMs and managing a large book of clients
- Exceptional presentation, verbal and writing skills
