FIGS is looking for a Teams Relationship Manager to support, nurture and grow our TEAMS client base. This individual will be an ambassador to potential and existing customers throughout the sales lifecycle; defining key deliverables, ensuring clear communication and orchestrating the right internal resources to exceed the customers needs. As a key member of the Teams Relationship team, you’ll work closely with multiple teams at FIGS so it is important to understand how to effectively communicate through several departments and workflows in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will deliver a world-class customer experience in every interaction, fostering unbeatable customer satisfaction as a part of the team. The role reports directly to FIGS’ Manager of Customer Success.
What you’ll do:

  • Create strong business relationships with prospective, new and existing customers
  • Manage day-to-day account activity and communication with portfolio of clients
  • Exceed activity, pipeline and growth targets
  • Serve as an advocate for the TEAMS program and FIGS
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM
  • Communicate challenges and propose solutions to Leadership Team 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of account management / customer success / sales experience
  • Experience using CRMs and managing a large book of clients 
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
