Job Summary:
As the Supply Chain Associate at Ruggable you will be the backbone of the logistics operation. The Supply Chain Associate we are looking to hire is extremely detail oriented and analytical. An ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally to achieve desired results for our plants as well as our customers. You are eager for impact and are known for rolling-up your sleeves. This job is perfect for strong, energetic individuals who have a passion for working in an environment that fosters a culture of continuous improvement!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Ruggable’s logistics needs
- Serve as the point person for problem solving and process improvement with our carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners
- Support Managers on the supply chain team in implementing and executing our core supply chain strategy
- Maintain detailed and accurate logistics data for daily, weekly, and quarterly reports
- Analyze the financial impact of logistical processes and proposed changes to determine maximum efficiency in terms of routing, transportation modes, and resources while continuing to meet customer requirements
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 0-3 years of professional experience working in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or consulting
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
- Very strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field
