FabFitFun is hiring a Senior Manager, Facilities for our headquarters in West Hollywood. We are actively looking for an individual to oversee the strategy and maintenance of our office environment. You are a leader with a ‘can do’ attitude that is comfortable overseeing a busy and growing corporate space of 300+ employees.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee Operations:

• Spearhead the internal build outs and moves by organizing space planning, forecasting for seating charts, seating availability, and employee headcount growth
• Directly supervise an Office Coordinator and Workplace Solutions Specialist and work to support the People Operations team
• Be first point of contact for real estate broker to help acquire new real estate for a potential Corporate relocation and warehouse expansions
• Work with the team to design office amenities with our employee value prop, company strategy and financial capabilities
• Design the office space to reflect the culture and experience that FFF aspires to have; proactively bring forward innovative and cost effective programs that enhance the experience. 
• Research & hire general contractors for construction jobs
• Serve as the direct liaison with the landlord on all facility related matters regarding maintenance and tenant improvement
• Plan & execute construction and on-site renovation projects

Implement Safety & Security:

• Follow building code regulations
• Create a detailed outline of safety & evacuation procedures
• Work closely with IT for security camera installations, biometric readers, and additional safety protocols
• Experience with communicating Facility infrastructure / EHS related information and training materials throughout the organization is a plus.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 5 years of facility maintenance and operations in a leadership capacity
• Strong relationship building and communication skills - ability to manage different stakeholders at varying levels
