The Growth Development: Integration Partnerships Senior Manager is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the Growth team at ServiceTitan. In this role, you will design, drive, manage, and optimize new partnerships that accelerate our new market entry. This role will serve as a General Manager for the design and go-to-market for our Integration Marketplace and App Store and serve as its General Manager. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including strategic thinking and program management -- drawing key elements from roles such in management and/or technology consulting, business development, and SaaS technology, and will excel in a cross functional environment.
What you'll do:
Lead the buildout of our integration marketplace ecosystem business development initiatives from initiation to completion, serving as a functional advisor to inform and influence product management and design throughout the entire lifecycle
Recommend and implement new programs and processes while ensuring a successful transition
Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses, evaluate multiple monetization financial models, and related deliverables; Size revenue and efficiency opportunities for all initiatives, while prioritizing initiatives accordingly
Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies leveraging external parties and software integrations
Build and manage partner integrations ecosystem, and define the strategic direction of integrations strategy (including monetization), negotiate partnership deals, and collaborate with the Product team
What you'll bring:
6+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in management consulting, business operations, or SaaS tech companies, or similar experience)
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent strategic thinking and assessment skills for technical and business ecosystems
Excellent business development skills, particularly with software integration partnerships
Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact through APIs
Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage external parties to optimize company initiatives (e.g. implementation partners, resellers)
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally
Excellent project management skills: from ideation through execution
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter
Strong leadership skills with proven verbal and written communication skills
