The Senior Manager, Growth Development: Integration Partnerships Strategy for New Markets is an integral, highly visible role contributing to the overall success of the Growth team at ServiceTitan. In this role, you will design, drive, manage, and optimize new partnerships that accelerate our new market entry. This role will be responsible for building new partnerships with integration partners to extend product functionality and accelerate customer acquisition. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including strategic thinking, business development, and program management -- drawing key elements from roles such as management and/or technology consulting.

What you'll do:

  • Research and maintain business landscape knowledge of industry players, competitors, insights, and trends

  • Participate in go-to-market planning for new market segments, verticals, and geographies and be a thought leader in informing the integration strategy

  • Collaborate with R&D and Customer Success teams to identify and prioritize integration partnership candidates by customer segment 

  • Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses, financial models, and related deliverables

  • Develop, negotiate, and close partnerships with integration partners

  • Partner externally to define scope, requirements, and go-to-market strategy to launch an integration 

  • Work cross-functionally within ServiceTitan to roll out new integrations, working with Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success

What you'll bring:

  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience and/or demonstrated interest in driving new integration initiatives or partnerships

  • Strategic thinking and assessment skills for technical and business ecosystems

  • Understanding of technology and how various solutions interact through APIs

  • Ability to source, design, negotiate and implement new partnerships

  • Comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic working environment; know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized self-starter

  • Excellent project management skills: from ideation through execution
