The Boeing Company is hiring for a Procurement Agent (Level 4) to support the Operation Center (OCIT) in Seal Beach, California.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:

• Provide real time component validation and availability in support of Airline and Internal customers.
• Investigate and validate alternative support solutions for possible AOG requirements.
• Preemptive validation of AOG requirements.
• Provide guidance to and coordinate with other functions and organizations, including the supplier, as required, to prevent schedule disruptions.
• Ensure responsiveness to customer needs within the framework of the supply chain process and compliance with procedures.
• Monitor supplier support performance.
• Document response time to OCC requests for part information.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to strategically address supplier support issues.
• Communicate and provide leadership visibility of significant supplier issues impacting the airline customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Ability to work Friday - Sunday (5:30pm - 5:30am)
• 8+ years of Procurement / Supply Chain experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a team environment.
• Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
