GOAT Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Operations to manage and build out our Operations recruiting team. This role will be a key partner for our executives and hiring managers in translating their business goals and priorities into actionable recruiting strategies, alongside People team partners across HR and People Operations. Reporting to our Head of Global Recruiting, this leadership role will be essential in ensuring that GOAT Group Warehousing and Fulfillment, Authentication, and Operations teams will be able to continue to rapidly scale, all while ensuring best-in-class recruiting practices.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and build a team of high performing recruiters, strategically distributing their priorities, acting as their advocate cross functionally, and investing in their professional growth
  • Partner with Operations hiring teams to offer insights as a subject matter expert on recruitment and create scalable sourcing and recruiting processes and best practices
  • Identify and analyze recruiting trends and metrics, incorporating findings into actionable, solutions oriented recruiting strategies
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership on long term initiatives to constantly improve processes across candidate experience, employer branding and recruiting operations
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with functional leaders and hiring managers - collaborate with them to customize and execute global recruiting strategies and hiring plans tailored to attracting high caliber talent
  • Source, build pipelines, and actively recruit candidates for priority leadership roles through direct recruiting efforts - networking, social media, creative thinking and other proactive recruiting sources
  • Track progress using data, drawing insights to make hiring processes more efficient and hold your team accountable for data hygiene
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up

We are looking for:

  • 8+ years of high volume recruitment experience preferably at global operations business
  • 3+ years of successful people management experience
  • Demonstrated success with stakeholder management - building relationships, advising department leads on hiring strategies, keeping an eye not only on recruiting, but on bigger picture people team initiatives
  • Deep expertise in the operations/warehousing and fulfillment recruiting landscape; experience with high volume, fast paced and global recruiting
  • Proven experience actively sourcing, recruiting and closing active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing tools, social and job-networking sites
  • A clear understanding of brand, the recruiting process, and the importance of the candidate experience
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding hiring and personnel matters
  • Collaborative with a high sense of urgency and motivation to see the team and business succeed
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
