The Role

• Oversee all supply chain logistics and fulfillment operations for ecommerce and wholesale channels.
• Responsible for on time product delivery, inventory accuracy/control, product forecasting, inventory planning, and shipping.
• Manage 3PL vendor and other select vendors.
• Oversee quality assurance, regulatory, sourcing, timeline management.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings, and drive to execution.
• Work closely with CEO and finance function on forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Liaise with wholesale accounts on vendor compliance, shipping, returns, and sales operations.
• Partner with Marketing on promotions, sets, sampling and other key programs.
• Negotiate key contracts.
• Responsible for budgeting, analysis and reporting for all operational areas.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 8+ years of experience in operations/supply chain with a CPG or related company.
• Experience at a company with products sold both in the US & Internationally.
• Experience managing a 3PL vendor.
• Experience negotiating contracts and sourcing new vendors.
• Shopify experience a plus.
