Senior Client Success Manager

The Sr Client Success Manager will own and oversee relationships with some of TigerConnect's largest and most strategic customers. This person needs to be an active listener and strategic thinker who can strike the appropriate balance between the customer's needs and the company's business objectives. They will thoroughly understand their clients' strategic priorities and provide meaningful insight on how clinical communication and collaboration can be improved through the use of TigerConnect products and services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships as a trusted advisor for 10 - 20 of our top tier clients
- Partner with customers to understand their strategic business goals, timelines, priorities, and metrics of success
- Collaborate with project managers and clinical SME colleagues to capture client return on investment and success stories using TigerConnect
- Proactively identify high-risk customers and make recommendations about how best to remedy any issues that arise
- Analyze and monitor customer usage data to draw insights regarding the client's internal workflows with the product and how to generate value/return on investment
- Communicate usage data to the client to improve user behavior, increase user productivity, drive further adoption, and recommend other TigerConnect products and services to assist the client in their Clinical Communication and care team collaboration goals
- Proven track record working in a customer-facing environment leading to increased client engagement and satisfaction
- Experience with Salesforce or other related CRM technology.
- Previous experience in SaaS, mobility, cloud, or healthcare industry sales environment, preferably within a high-growth company
- Experience managing multiple tasks or initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing strategically
What You Bring:
- BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical or related field preferred
- 1 year of experience working in a clinical environment, preferably in a sales, account management, marketing, or project management capacity
- Must have healthcare experience, preferably as a clinician and/or in performance improvement or hospital operations management
- Excellent relationship skills, as well as effective communication skills across all levels of management and product users
- Ability to analyze customer usage data and develop recommendations based upon those data insights
- Strategic thinking and problem solving - able to focus on big picture goals and not get stuck in the day-to-day details
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively, even when things are not defined or the way forward is not certain - makes sound decisions, even in the absence of complete information
How we pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
- We are targeting a base salary from $76,300 - $158,000
- You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
