SAP Security Administrator at The Aerospace Corporation

As part of our SAP Technical Support team, you will help maintain the security and integrity of our SAP environment. In addition to security, the team also supports production control, and SAP Basis.
Key Functions:
- Perform analysis on and maintain, security requirements dealing with application authorization, ID provisioning and ID management on ABAP and JAVA stacks to minimize access control issues and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns.
- Collaborate with business process owners and other project teams to configure and manage SAP profiles and roles to meet business needs.
- Use the transport management system (TMS) to promote security changes following documented procedures.
- Configure and manage SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Access Control, and other GRC modules as required.
- Contribute to the SAP Security Administration team meeting target SLA's, audit compliance, and management defined performance metrics.
- Monitor all aspects of SAP for security violations.
- Respond to incidents opened to the SAP Security Administration and BW Teams
- Develop and document security standards for role design and administration
- Support SAP Sandbox, Development, QA, User Acceptance, and Production systems for ECC, GRC, SAP Portal, and Business Warehouse
- Participate, support, and assist in internal, and external audits
- Perform security functions in Tableau
- Perform security functions in Workday
- This position will potentially be given administrative tasks (after appropriate training) in SAP, Workday, Tableau, and/or other systems.
Required Level III
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Typically 5 years of relevant IT experience
- 5 or more years of SAP security experience - SAP authorization concept, Roles, User administration, SOD conflict resolution
- Experience with SAP GRC 10.1 Access control
- Experience with SAP Profile Generator(PFCG), SU01, and all other security-related t-codes and tables
- Experience with BW/BI 7.1 security roles, Portal or other Netweaver applications
- Experience with SAP Success Factors, and/or other SAAS security maintenance tools a plus
- Experience with Identity and Access Management products and technologies
- This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance that is issued by the US Government and US citizenship is required
Required Level IV
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Typically 10 or more years of SAP security experience - SAP authorization concept, Roles, User administration, SOD conflict resolution
- Experience with SAP GRC 10.1 Access control
- Experience with SAP Profile Generator(PFCG), SU01, and all other security-related t-codes and tables
- Experience with BW/BI 7.1 security roles, Portal or other Netweaver applications
- Experience with SAP Success Factors, and/or other SAAS security maintenance tools a plus
- Experience with Identity and Access Management products and technologies
- This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance that is issued by the US Government and US citizenship is required
Preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Experience performing internal control reviews, and risk assessments for customers running SAP
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of quality results on time
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated team player
- Experience working with geographically dispersed clients and resources
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to utilize standard service desk tools for incident and request management
- Working knowledge and understanding of standard ITIL processes and concept
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Workday
- Secret clearance issued by the US Government
