QA Tester (LiveOps)

About the role and about You:
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated QA professional to join us as a LiveOps Tester. At Zwift, you will be responsible for collaborating with the LiveOps teams regarding issues affecting the Live environment. You will apply creative testing methodologies to Live Incident investigations, communicate internally to stakeholders, and drive testing efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with LiveOps to assess, prioritize, and resolve Live Incidents
- Work autonomously and drive the testing and internal communication surrounding Live Incidents from discovery to resolution
- Liaise with internal and outsource QA and Product teams to ensure consistent process and communication
- Perform physical testing on an indoor bike trainer, treadmill and/or heart rate monitor
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and unpredictability
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Past experience testing on iOS, Android, PC, Mac, and/or Apple TV
- Experience with 1st Party Submission Processes (Apple/Google)
- Experience with JIRA and/or similar QA tools
- A deep understanding of the QA process
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
Bonus points:
- Experience with test case management software
- Experience using software development tools
