WHY WE NEED YOU

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be responsible for handling all aspects of the Coupa procurement process from start to finish. This role is responsible for supporting the Engineering and Procurement teams with aggressive objectives for 2021 that positively impact our production by maintaining a high level of on-time delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Purchasing and planning timely delivery of components and supplies from international and domestic vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders for the procurement of goods and raw materials
• Serve as the point person between Engineering and Procurement
• Work with AP and vendors to resolve any invoice issues, obtain credit memos, process RMA’s, correct invoices
• Management and coordination of documents for proper invoice matching
• Partner with inventory control and production planning to manage inventory

WHAT YOU'VE DONE

• Knowledge of Coupa software
• Previous experience working on a R&D procurement team
• Understanding of Accounting and the Purchase-to-Pay Process
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel at an advanced skill level and working with large data sets
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including: Power Point/Outlook/Word
