Our treatment programs are one of a kind with unmatched success rates. Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Patient Success Specialist to support our mission.

YOUR ROLE

The lead position for IDAP implementation requires an understanding of how COVID has affected a population heavy space of work or education.  IDAP has allowed our organization to build a COVID free zone with the ability to cover 100,000 sf of space and 200 employees with 10,000 patients.  The IDAP platform is a combination of health diagnostic evaluation, expert COVID testing, facility screening, internal environment surveillance, and proprietary software which organizes the many metrics of IDAP in one clear dashboard.  IDAP was created by Dr. Inderpal Randhawa, the founder and CEO of TPIRC.  Board certified in 5 fields, two of which include pulmonary and immunology, he has treated hundreds of patients with COVID in the hospital setting, conducted COVID research in our research laboratory and developed the IDAP platform. This position requires an understanding of high-level microbiology, a deep level of COVID disease processes, and the development prowess to conduct on site assessments of IDAP in other venues.  This position will start with leading IDAP in our current facilities at TPIRC and rapidly work to grow an assessment team for IDAP deployment elsewhere. 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the concept, the purpose, and the benefits of the Infectious Disease Awareness Platform.
  • Identifying opportunities where IDAP’s capabilities could benefit target customers, leveraging IDAP’s resources to present a business case to those customers, and establishing a pipeline of attractive opportunities. This includes leading conversations with customers of both a technical and commercial nature.
  • Establish high-wide-deep relationships at targeted customers to gain a greater understanding of stated and unstated needs, business strategies, etc.
  • Engaging new target customers to support key strategic initiatives and long-term growth goals.
  • Proactively working with operations and customer service to respond to complex customer inquiries; deliver timely quotations, negotiate prices and delivery times, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Be a trusted expert across our business units to find opportunities to maximize efficiency, and scale growth.
  • Effectively communicating with the managers and executives to identify the expectations and presenting research results to the operation team and making the appropriate strategic recommendations and implementation.
  • Provide consultative and strategic guidance for both internal teams and clients.
  • Efficient at learning technologies; utilizing the IDAP dashboard to monitor any outbreaks and potential risks related to public health.

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent relevant business experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership roles in business development, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience.
  • 1 ~ 3 years experiences working in pharma or healthcare-related products, in a customer-facing capacity (sales or engineering).
  • Strong analytical ability and experience synthesizing large and disparate data sets.
  • High-level understanding of microbiology, and COVID disease processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with tech/engineering teams.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques to real world business problems (designing tests/experiments and evaluating results)
