To excel in this position, you will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You are able to work with stakeholders to establish quality standards to promote best in class service. You must be able to manage tight deadlines and develop realistic work back schedules.

In this role you will:

• Work with stakeholders to establish objective KPIs
• Create standard scorecards for auditing agents
• Establish coaching methodology that aligns with training standards
• Develop calibration standards for QA auditors
• Complete QA of audits conducted by the local QA teams
• Develop accurate and relevant closed-loop QA processes, identify defects and execute associated remediation plans to improve supporting assets
• Monitor and report on Quality metrics and deep dive anomalies
• Support the expansion of the QA program into new programs
• Continuously look for opportunities to streamline QA processes, improve SLA, and improve quality

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
• Proven problem solver
• Demonstrates continuous improvement
• High attention to detail 
• Able to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Willingness to travel up to 25%

A plus if you also have:

• Compliance or Audit Management experience
• Experience/certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience working in an Operations environment, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact
