MISSION

As of Chief Operations and Growth at Boon, you’ll work directly with the CEO to manage and scale the business rapidly. This position provides tremendous growth potential if you’re willing to work hard.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• Early stage startup experience is crucial
• Very comfortable managing financial modeling & projections
• Recruitment and hiring - scaling teams quickly and effectively
• Skilled negotiator
• Sales and/or marketing experience (at least one of the two)
• Client success/customer relationship management
• Experience implementing and optimizing internal infrastructures - tech savvy
• Previous experience at a SaaS company is great
• Fundraising experience is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely and collaboratively with the CEO
• Continuously enhancing financial models and projections
  • Managing finances and expenses
• Identifying and tracking KPIs - able to determine which metrics are KPIs
• Hiring and recruitment
  • Managing and enhancing hiring strategy
  • Developing job descriptions
  • Sourcing talent
  • Managing talent pipeline
  • Crafting offer packages
  • Negotiating hires
• Developing and executing scrappy and highly effective growth strategies
• Continuously optimizing internal infrastructure - CRMs, billing & payroll solutions, CMSs, customer success solutions etc.
• Ensuring clear communication flow between the different teams, team members
• Vendor selection, negotiations, and management
• Assisting with investor relations
