Who we're looking for:

As our eCommerce Operations Manager, you'll support our day to day operations across checkout, shipping/carrier, 3PL/fulfillment and post-order service experience. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will partner with the key business stakeholders, development teams, and various supply chain partners to support and drive our operational plans. You'll blend supply chain expertise with a passion for exceeding consumers expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and track all international and domestic shipments and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess 3PL capabilities, flexibility and adaptability, establish performance criteria, define engineering needs and cost structures.
  • Track and measure KPIs to monitor the quality of fulfillment service, cost and inventory performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, accounting, finance to build, refine and/or maintain centralized systems and data "connectors" by which the business reports, measures and runs the business.
  • Key stakeholders include Customer Support, Merchandising, Logistics and Warehousing, Accounting and Finance.


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain, business, technology or related discipline plus 3 years relevant work experience.
  • In lieu of degree, an additional 2 years of work experience are eligible.
  • Experience in Digital/ e-commerce operations or closely related field, 3PLs, ERPs, OMS, Fraud & CRM processes & systems.
  • Self-motivation to deliver results and seek continuous improvement.
  • Strong presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations to senior level management required.
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
