The Live Operations Team at Eaze leads operations in real-time to ensure that every user has an outstanding experience. This team is the primary interface between Eaze the dispensaries and their drivers that use the Eaze platform.

The Operations Coordinator is an integral part of the Live Operations team, with the opportunity to impact all aspects of operations, including supply chain, demand generation, product promotions, dispensary relations, and driver support. You are a hard-working self-starter who thinks clearly in high pressure situations. You have excellent communications skills, learn quickly, and are detailed oriented. Heavy internal and external communications are a meaningful part of this role.

The role is based in Venice Beach and is ineligible for relocation assistance.

The successful Operations Coordinator will:

  • Work with the rest of the Live Operations team to ensure a consistently high customer experience by actively monitoring operations and proactively addressing issues as they occur
  • Monitor communication channels between partners and the Live Operations team to address issues in real-time
  • Provide frontline support for drivers who use Eaze technology
  • Log operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements

What you need for this role:

  • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays (required)
  • Some start-up experience
