The Operations Coordinator, Brand Marketing role is crucial for maintaining a highly-productive work environment that supports the operational success of the Brand Marketing team. This position serves as an information conduit necessary to keep a cross-functional team moving forward by communicating goals, removing blockers, and tracking the progress of marketing campaign deliverables against timelines and budget. This position will be directly responsible for continuous improvement with the Operations Manager, Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track Brand Marketing tasks and communicate risks, opportunities and current state of projects to ensure campaign deliverables are executed on-time and within scope.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to triage marketing campaigns and involve all stakeholders to ensure accurate ROI; and when necessary, analyze and build solutions for any blockers.
  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of event marketing goals. Including, but not limited to, attending related meetings, assisting in booth build, setup & strike, completing expense reports when necessary, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • You will own the logistics for any events. Including, but not limited to, placing purchase, transfer, and sales orders in NetSuite, arranging shipping to each event, tracking and reporting inventory sales during events, and closing each event in NetSuite ensuring inventory is balanced and assigned properly in post show reporting. 
  • Responsible for closing out event projects by collecting show data, facilitating campaign retrospectives, and socializing feedback to key stakeholders.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • As Operations Coordinator, you will maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, have a clear understanding of the business need for each marketing campaign and make continuous improvement a priority.
  • You will improve and maintain the marketing campaign process, ensuring that information is relayed, deadlines are being communicated and properly met.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of deadlines and implement a process to succinctly communicate retrospectives to improve marketing opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or equivalent practical experience in time management and organizational skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with an upbeat attitude, strong oral and written skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate, resolve conflicts, and solve problems that may come up during a typical work day.
