Operations Associate

We’re looking for an Operations Associate. Candidates for the Operations Assistant role should be fast-paced, highly motivated with an affinity for attention to detail. LeaseLock offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to maintain and innovate ways to manage the large volume of financial tasks and information handled by the company on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with third party contractors
  • Supporting customer service staff with data entry, phone calls, and emails
  • Fast-paced bookkeeping
  • Coordinating with corporate accounting staff on revenue and financing management functions
  • Advocate for LeaseLock and our mission to help the world find home!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required,
  • Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, tenacious, self-starter
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects
  • Passion for high-growth startup environments
  • P & C License a plus!

Special Items

  • Base compensation starts at $35-$60K DOE, Monday through Friday - Some weekends) (Contractor for 60-day period with potential to move to W-2)
  • Office is located four blocks from the beach near Venice, CA Pier
  • This position is high-visibility, directly supporting the LeaseLock Operations Team.
