The Office/Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for running the all day-to-day office operations with a smile. This person will be responsible for overseeing the facilitation of an ongoing delightful experience for all employees by providing consistent operational support and managing an inclusive and safe environment for all employees. 

In this role you will:

  • Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized across multiple floors, kitchens, conference rooms, and communal areas. Perform multiple resets of the office throughout the day
  • Order office supplies and ensure supply stations are stocked and equipment such as printers and scanners are in working order at all times
  • Interface with our office vendors on a daily basis including janitorial, food caterers, internal security and others as needed
  • Assist with daily set-up, and clean-up of lunch and kitchen areas
  • Proactively manage the programs that make our workplace great, including office supplies, catering, food and beverage, events, ergonomics and wellness, and anything else
  • Update and maintain team documents, spreadsheets, calendars, floor maps, and wiki
  • Actively participate in facilitating/overseeing an ongoing delightful employee experience
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other staff members and departments as necessary

We are looking for:

  • 1 year experience in an office support role
  • Strong oral and written communications skills along with being articulate, courteous and friendly
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the team at large and teams across office locations
  • A "can-do" approach and are determined to get the results you want
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and are able to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of Google business applications, including Gmail, GCalendar, Google Drive, and Google Docs
  • Strong problem solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues
  • Someone that is flexible and can work independently, plus is a team player
  • Someone that is friendly and personable yet can maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and are eager to jump in when help is needed
