The Role
We’re seeking an Office Facilities Manager to work with office vendors, onsite security, onsite janitorial & local employees in operating and maintaining our office located in Santa Monica. This role will report to the Vice President of Operations and Culture. You’re very comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the highest standards of design and excellence. This role is critical in ensuring office facility functions run smoothly and creating an environment where our employees will love coming to work every day.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensuring our office environment meets layout standards that reflect the top level of service we provide to our customers
- Responsible for coordinating all office maintenance, mailing, cleaning, shipping, vendor management, kitchen and office supplies
- Responsible for ensuring COI completion for all deliveries and vendor activity
- Coordinate employee parking assignments and onsite staff meals
- Ensure COVID-19 Office Restrictions meet Cal/OSHA standards
- Onsite support for all office visitors
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement
- Coordinate and maintain documentation of office lease | security deposits | office vendor and equipment contracts
Desired Skills & Experience
- 7 + years of experience in office and facilities management
- Familiarity and comfort facilitating projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and structuring skills, with ability to communicate actionable insights
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, vendors, systems and procedures that meet Cal/OSHA standards
- Strong communication skills. Through every medium, and everyone you come in contact with, you know how to communicate effectively, elegantly, and with respect, always
- Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
