We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help run our Los Angeles offices. You are the kind of person who loves efficiency, is flexible, but at the end of the day, just knows how to get things done. You are an ideal candidate if you love the challenges that a fast paced start-up environment brings, with new initiatives to tackle each day. You like to work independently but are comfortable being a team player. When you see something that is broken, you think through creative ways to fix it.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, well-maintained and well-supplied to help create an environment that is comfortable, clean and inviting
  • Order, track and stock snack inventory, office supplies and first aid kits
  • Set-up and breakdown coffee/daily catered lunches
  • Act as first point of contact for all office “level 1” issues (i.e. building maintenance, employee requests, etc.) with courtesy and approach with creative solutions
  • Assist HR with new hire desk setup and onboarding
  • Accept deliveries and coordinate on-site vendors visits
  • Assist with office and employee events to promote company culture (internal celebrations, milestones, etc.)
  • Be flexible to manage other assignments as they come up
  • Prepare and assemble office furniture as needed
  • Occasional lifting, up to 50 pounds

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an office management position
  • Enthusiasm for a start-up environment with fast-paced changes
  • Multi-task and prioritize projects with the best of them, managing tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional planning skills and an acute attention to detail
  • Exceptionally neat, organized and dependable
  • You're a quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and you're willing (and able) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility
