We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to be a hands-on lead in the ongoing optimization of our NetSuite ERP. This person will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of NetSuite, and coordinate with outside resources as necessary. Working closely with the Finance and Operational teams, this person will focus on initiatives to further our use of automation. As we expand globally, this position will be a key stakeholder in the rollout of the supporting feature-set. This position reports directly to the CTO and works intimately with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

This position is located in our Irvine, CA office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of the company’s short- and long-term NetSuite strategy, roadmap and architecture
  • Work alongside and communicate with departments and teams to understand and document processes and gather business requirements to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party NetSuite consultants as needed
  • Work in SOX environment and insure all appropriate controls are adhered to
  • Own the continued implementation and administration of NetSuite throughout the organization
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, including new functionality, based on changing business needs
  • Develop Saved Searches and Reports per Business Requirements
  • Document existing and new customizations and workflows
  • Train and support users on an ongoing basis and manage user access to the system
  • Debug script errors and communicate with NetSuite support as necessary
  • Own the continued implementation and administration of NetSuite throughout the organization for eCommerce, technical administration, financial reporting, product data, system connectors and overall accounting
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, including new functionality, based on changing business needs
  • Support requests from multiple departments for new searches, reports, third-party integrations and troubleshooting inquiries
  • Document existing and new customizations and workflows
  • Train and support users on an ongoing basis and manage user access to the system
  • Debug script errors and communicate with NetSuite support as necessary

What You'll Bring:

  • 1+ year experience working in a SOX environment
  • Demonstrated strong hands on NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Previous experience working in a SOX environment
  • 4+ years of NetSuite experience (ideally with multiple implementations)
  • 2+ years of NetSuite administrator experience (ownership of NetSuite at an organization)
  • Experience integrating marketplaces and external systems using 3rd party integration services; partners include Adyen, Amazon, Wallmart, Ebay, Shopify, Expensify, and others.
  • Experience manipulating, cleaning and importing large sets of data,
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a startup environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL
