Overview

  • Part-time Administrative role for college students seeking business exposure. Assigned administrative duties as needed to support the needs of a department. This role performs a variety of office services, for example, filing, data entry, and scanning. Support technicians provide professional and courteous support.

Job Description

  • Fills in on any team as requested by leadership
  • Routinely performs basic duties within Mortgage Operations
  • Provides excellent customer service by following through on all questions or requests
  • Completes work in accordance with performance standards
  • Follows instructions and responds to management direction
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Complies with all policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
  • Provide departmental support with entry level tasks Filing
  • Printing
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Review, update and preparing documents for mailing
  • Opening letters/ documents
  • Data Entry
  • Basic tasks that will become obsolete once automation has been completed
  • Reduce overtime and workload by assisting with simple tasks
  • Learn company systems
  • Complete classes as assigned by Supervisor / Manager specific to increasing mortgage knowledge and MS Office skills

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Entry level proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to learn and utilize other industry specific software
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Must be self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Must be a team player
  • Desire to learn
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to make decisions within set policy and procedures
