TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. In this role, you will: - Assist in the development and planning of monetization strategy through analysis and research - Partner closely with leadership to drive high impact projects - Own performance analysis, reporting and drive business review cadences - Set and manage performance goals for the monetization team - Manage key initiatives on a project basis, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US, Beijing HQ and other international markets - Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team scales

Qualifications

What you’ll need: - 7+ years of investment banking, consulting, sales strategy, product strategy or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred - Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as tableau preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin proficiency a plus. - Skilled project manager. High EQ team-player with ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures - Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment, adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment
