Overview
Oversee document integrity for loan modifications. Ensure operations, policies and procedures are followed for loan modifications. Manage staff time to maximize team effectiveness.
Job Description
- Ensure distribution of appropriate guidelines for all modification programs offered by Pennymac
- Handle escalated matters on file dispute and resolution with Pennymac Attorneys and Mediations Dept
- Support staff in absence of Director of Operations • Ensure system functionality in order to perform Job Functions
- Create policy and procedures for staff
- Manage pipeline and distribute workload
- Train staff and provide coaching as necessary
- Provide feedback on audit reviews to staff to ensure compliance and learning
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience as Operations Manager for Origination of Loans
- FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC Experience
- Proven Leadership skills
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
