In this role, you will:

• Evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems with data, analysis and market research
• Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively
• Conduct and translate marketing, product and business development analyses into actionable strategies for Tinder and Match Group services
• Analyze global consumer trends and competitive landscape in partnership with cross-functional leaders
• Form thoughtful and comprehensive business cases for new business or product theses
• Support evaluation of relevant 3rd party strategic partners, investment or acquisition targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to plan and execute both long and short-term strategic goals
• Execute independently and efficiently
• Advance multiple projects with competing deadlines 

We're looking for:

• 4+ years of strategy, finance, corporate development and/or business operations experience
• Direct experience at a global consumer internet business supporting operating/product decisions
• Advanced proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel
• Advanced proficiency in building presentations in Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI
• Must be organized, deadline-driven and an excellent communicator
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of SQL a plus
