The role:
We are looking for a Manager of Facilities and Workplace Services to join our rapidly growing team. They will be a key contributor to the efficiency, flow and expansion of DISQO. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, have a knack for problem solving and enjoy helping others. The Manager of Facilities and Workplace Services will work closely and provide outstanding customer service by supporting the daily management of all visitors, employees, clients, vendors, building maintenance and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our offices.
What you will do:
- Manage all ongoing office needs; serve as primary point of contact for building management and applicable vendors
- Support a big office move in the very near future
- Manage the office space to ensure cleanliness, organization, seat management, office repairs and upgrades
- Track status and develop reports to understand effectiveness and efficiency. Create initiatives for continuous improvement
- Efficiently manage all inventory needs for the office: requirements, tracking, purchasing, stocking, and ordering, all while promoting a friendly and inclusive environment
- Badge and parking setup for all new/existing employees. Schedule and maintain guests within building guest list
- Provide coverage at the front desk as needed by greeting and directing visitors and guests
- Coordinate with vendors in order to support all the above activities
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of office management experience or similar role
- Experience with office real estate, moves and expansions (international experience preferred)
- Excellent knowledge in GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office
- Dedicated to providing best in class customer service
- Strong written, verbal, organization & problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Driven and self-motivated with strong team/collaboration skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
