They can take a challenging situation and turn it into a story of success. We are looking for a Manager for our Community Support team to help us support members on a global scale, escalate bugs to engineering, partner with our vendor operations teams, and improve both quality and efficiency. What You'll Do:

  • Lead Tinder’s Community Support team, and oversee the day-to-day operations
  • Report bugs and new issues to key stakeholders, track volume of complaints in real time, and provide severity assessment
  • Partner with our Vendor Operations teams to ensure seamless communication between T1 and T2 Operations 
  • Work closely with Trust and Safety leadership to ensure seamless handling of escalations and shared use cases
  • Focus on process improvement and operational efficiencies within the Tinder Community Operations network
  • Develop and achieve performance goals and objectives in order to achieve member expectations
  • Partner in reporting trends in WBR, MBR, QBR along with recommendations for improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a CS Operations Management role or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM
  • Critical thinking skills to understand and summarize complex issues within minutes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep up with a large volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating policies with a keen eye for process improvement
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Passion for helping people
  • Bachelor degree or higher

What Sets You Apart:

  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision making
  • Six Sigma green belt or similar process improvement certification
  • Experience managing remote teams
