Manager, Ad Network Partnerships

We’re looking for a Manager of Ad Network Partnerships to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Snap Audience Network team, you will be responsible for evangelizing and driving publisher adoption of the Snap Audience Network SDK. Working from our Los Angeles or Colorado office, you’ll collaborate closely with Partner Management & Product teams along with key cross-functional stakeholders across other strategic business teams.
What you’ll do:
You will be the main point of contact engaging, negotiating and driving high impact relationships with application developers to build long lasting and successful partnerships for Snap’s Audience Network.
Identify prospects, generate leads, negotiate and close new business for Snap’s Audience Network.
Work in close collaboration with the Partner Management team to help launch successful new publisher SDK integrations.
Work cross-functionally and creatively utilize our entire organization to develop new & strategic partnerships.
Gather & analyze customer feedback to help advocate & drive product roadmap that will support the development of Snap Audience Network value proposition in the market.
Represent the Snap Audience Network & network at industry conferences & events to build business relationships & partnerships.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep understanding & familiarity with the various mobile publisher business models, ad serving, ad networks, RTB, Header Bidding, PMP, and online ad technologies.
Analytical, detail oriented with strong business development and negotiation skills.
Strong organization, prioritization and communication skills (verbal, written communication, presentation and facilitation).
Proven ability to network and represent their business at industry events.
Experience managing and/or leveraging a CRM such as Salesforce.
Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Comfortable with big picture strategic thinking as well as digging into the details
Adaptability and excitement to operate in a changing environment
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a Business Development/Sales or Account Management role within the Mobile Advertising, Gaming, Programmatic Advertising related industries.
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Mobile Publisher Rolodex
Experience driving mobile SDK integrations.
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products
For Colorado Based Applicants:
The minimum target salary for this position is $195,000
This position is eligible for a discretionary performance award
This position is eligible to receive ongoing equity grants
