IT Support Technician
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join Anduril Industries Information Technology Operations team. We are a small but passionate team that strive for an exceptional end user experience and a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- You will be first line support for around 160 employees both in house and remote
- You will inventory and order hardware and software on a weekly basis
- You will be responsible for deploying and recovering IT hardware
- You will provide excellent customer service and communication
- Possible travel to satellite offices
Requirements
- High level experience supporting end user computing hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printer, and peripherals
- High level experience supporting Windows and macOS in a corporate environment (Linux a plus)
- High level experience supporting the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) in a corporate environment
- Intermediate level experience with user and computers administration in Active Directory
- Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue
- Capable of lifting 25 pounds unassisted. Typical hardware includes desktop computers, monitors, and printers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zoom
- Experience with Apple administration via JAMF
- Experience with user and computer administration via Azure Active Directory and Intune
- Experience with Cisco Meraki
- Understanding of ITIL framework and its application
