The opportunity:

Come join Clutter IT, where we build technology solutions and support our business in multiple offices, warehouses, self storage buildings, retail locations and cloud systems! The ideal candidate will have worked in a macOS/iOS environment before and know the ins-and-outs of managing Apple devices. They will also be familiar with collaboration software like G Suite, Slack, and Zoom, and know the difference between SAML, OpenID, and local login when configuring user accounts. Everyone helps support end-users, so root cause analysis and finding ways to automate solutions is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage devices with MDM systems and push software via DEP/VPP
  • Manage employee account lifecycle and application access
  • Maintain existing hardware inventory and new purchases
  • Assist in network device management and deployment
  • Support company initiatives and new tech onboarding
  • Assist with end-user support, analyze and diagnose critical issues
  • Manage internal IT tools and software
  • Build out IT documentation

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in an IT role
  • Comprehensive understanding of macOS and iOS
  • Experience configuring the following systems: Okta, G Suite, Slack, Zoom
  • Basic scripting knowledge with Shell/Bash (preferred)
  • Basic Windows management/troubleshooting knowledge (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Stable WFH environment
  • Has transportation (trips to office will be required)
