IT Support Administrator
Job Description
As our first IT Support Administrator, you have the opportunity to define and implement the IT support roadmap. We’re in a sharp growth phase and need to evolve our current IT support processes. In this role, you will consolidate management of our tools and technologies and provide helpdesk support to our internal team.
Responsibilities
Manage internal networkProcure, setup, and manage office equipment
Manage online accounts (e.g. Slack, email, company password manager)Onboard/offboard employees
Setup company security policies and update accordingly
Prioritize and resolve IT support tickets
What we are looking for
- 1-3 years experience in IT support administration
- Experience with Apple and Windows hardware
- Experience managing office networks (routers, mesh)Industry-standard project/ticket management tools (Zendesk, Jira)
