In this role you will be the point person for IT Support supporting our internal customers, including setup, maintenance, procurement, and management of our IT infrastructure. You will support Windows and Mac environments, networks, and cloud-based services. You should be able to diagnose and solve problems with little supervision, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are looking for positive, self-motivated professionals with prior IT helpdesk experience with an affinity for technology products and innovation; Individuals who can flourish in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment with a "roll-up your sleeves" mentality and who are comfortable interacting with internal customers in person, online, and over the phone.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years working in an IT role.
- Familiarity with both Mac and Windows.
- Experience with G Suite administration.
- Prior SaaS experience is highly preferred.
