FabFitFun is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our growing IT team and provide technical support to 400+ users at our new Corporate Offices at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.
Our ideal candidate must have experience diagnosing issues related to computer hardware and software, networking equipment, printers, scanners, copiers, VoIP phones, A/V equipment, along with independently researching, selecting and implementing solutions and documenting resolution and operating procedures.
What you'll do:
- Provide day to day end-user support for 400+ users (on site and remote)
- Assist with new hire on-boarding including desk and remote set-up and new hire orientation
- Provide first level technical support contact for all computer issues (Mac, Windows, Printers, IOS, Android)
- Assist with project implementations
- Manage IT asset inventory forms and policies
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware, software, network and peripherals issues
- Document, monitor and resolve support tickets for IT related issues
- Provide on-call/after-hours support, system implementations and upgrades
- Write technical documents to be used by other technicians
- Work with IT Manager to improve help desk support processes, equipment and software selection
What you'll bring:
- 3 years of IT Help Desk experience in a Mac OSX environment with emphasis on networking and cloud software
- Strong experience supporting multiple browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE) and business, collaboration and productivity apps such as Google for Business, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Background in providing desktop support for both Mac OSX and Windows
- Experience administering MDM, SSO and enrollment/provisioning systems
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Proven ability to provide proactive customer service with strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of a range of software and hardware diagnostic tools
- CompTIA A+, Apple ACMT, and/or Network+ Certification preferred
