We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer that is customer centric and passionate about delivering a world-class IT experience. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who enjoys identifying ways to make things better, with an eye towards automation & efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent day-to-day technical support for customers
• Act as the first line of support, troubleshooting or escalating issues as appropriate in a timely manner ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the cycle of support.
• Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner through common customer request methods (Ticketing Systems, Chat Software, Email, etc).
• Create processes and documentation that the team can follow for repeatable tasks.
• Drive information technology projects and drive project deliverables.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and other IT assets and ensure Dave compliance standards are followed.
• Fulfill access requests to various SaaS and internal applications
• Be a partner to Security and IT teams to surface issues and drive the improvement of IT services, including performing vulnerability and patch management of workstations.
• Occasionally will need to be available during off-hours.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• 3+ years of experience providing support in a professional IT environment, Mac OS X
• Experience with commons SaaS services (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta, Lastpass, Atlassian, Slack)
• Experience with a ticketing system such as Jira
• Experience problem-solving technologically complex issues, including time-sensitive issues.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of corporate networking and security practices

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Mobile device management (MDM) and patch management products
• Experience with Identity platforms like Okta, OneLogin
• Experience in Systems Administration
