What You'll Do

• Manage day to day operations of our investment’s products
• Address customer requests and questions in a timely manner 
• Develop improvements for operation processes and communication
• Ensure quarterly goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety and quality 
• Maintain a steady communication cadence with internal stakeholders regarding investment issues and decisions
• Produce accurate and timely reporting on investment status and product update
• Collaborate cross functionally with various operation team and management
• Communicate daily with our partners and internal stakeholders
• Recommend and document improvements for the investment product
• Act and service the investment product in a way that aligned with the regulatory obligations of the firm and our partners
• Provide flexible support to a variety of Operations teams, as our firm and its needs expand and evolve

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience working in a Registered Investment Advisor and/or Broker Dealer
• Strong working experience with proprietary mutual fund operations, experience with Cash Management Account operations
• Demonstrated investment and excellence in experience or an equivalent Bachelors degree in a related field
• A strong understanding of banking and investment products
• Background in working in a Fintech firm
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional reading, writing, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with technology and business productivity software
• Entrepreneurial and independent energy
• Curiosity
• Active Series 6, 63 licensing preferred
