What You'll Do:

• Provide systems administration and support for 600+ users at our West Hollywood offices and Chino fulfillment center 
• Provides swing shift (late morning to early evening) technical assistance, but may also switch to day or night shifts as needed
• Lead IT project implementations
• Partner with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in our current systems and processes, and present recommendations to IT leadership - including, but not limited to, on-/off-boarding process, phones, printers, all-hands meetings, and video conferencing equipmentUtilize hands-on technical skills primarily administering cloud systems, on-premise server administration, and SQL
• Follow best practices through the entire technical support and implementation processes WMS administration and troubleshooting business and operational issues
• Manage device management software enabling remote management of all hardware and software
• Assist IT Helpdesk team with break/fix issues when available
• Utilize a company-wide ticketing system for all IT requestsProvide on-call/after-hours support, system implementations, and upgrades Tier 2 escalation for Helpdesk team
• Assist in any other directives given by IT leadership

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in IT systems administration (startup preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of AD, Google Apps, Azure, and mixed PC/Mac environments
• Strong experience navigating and simplifying complex IT processes
• Strong degree of technical aptitude

• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Advanced computer and networking knowledge and ability to work directly with employees to troubleshoot
• Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management systems
• Experience with translating business requirements into technical design documents using Microsoft Visio, Word, Project, and Excel
• Experience with.NET and HTML5
• Intermediate to Advanced configuration or programming experience in (Java, Python, C#) and interaction in databases (TSQL queries and stored procedures) 
• Knowledge of barcode scanning and RF hardware (Intermec, LXE, Motorola, Symbol)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to users at our fulfillment center in Chino, as well as remote users
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the fulfillment center and other offices
• Must be able to operate in high stress situations and heavy workloads
• Must be able to independently research, select, and implement reasonable solutions, and document resolution and proper operating procedures
• Occasional travel required to our other offices

Nice To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field in Computer Science, MIS, or IS/IT Supply Chain Management domain expertise
• Customer service and consulting experience
• Project management experience
