About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all IT related projects. You will also work cross functionally to ensure the efficient execution of daily IT operations, support our team members and maintain the services we all rely on to get our work done.

The Right Candidate Will

• Have hands on experience in network and system administration
• Design, implement and document practical yet effective IT policies and procedures, including employee training programs and information security policies, to support our growth
• Architect and manage IT projects and 3rd party vendors
• Establish and drive IT projects to completion
• Manage 3rd party vendors
• Ensure security of data and networks across the organization
• Partner with Legal to assess and remediate compliance issues
• Audit systems to ensure compliance with our information security policy Implement disaster recovery and business continuity policies and procedures Manage IT team’s development and performance

Requirements

• BS in Computer Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience managing a team
• Proven experience in network administration
• Proven experience managing IT cloud services
• Strong understanding of SSO management and integrations
