As the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations, you’ll work directly with our executive leadership team on the strategy to advance our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, define and optimize the GTM organizations, processes, and operating cadence that enable the business to realize ambitious growth objectives. This role is key to achieving our “scaling smarter” growth objectives including optimizing based on market segmentation, alternative revenue streams, cost effective operations, igniting the channel, and numerous business improvement initiatives that support and enable this expansion. The ideal candidate would have a strong track record of delivering exceptional results, whilst also being a strong strategic, analytical, and people leader.
How you will contribute:
You’ll work directly for the President who leads our go-to-market organization and be responsible for establishing and maintaining scalable processes to drive the strategy, operating cadence, and measurement of PatientPop’s customer lifecycle. You will develop a deep understanding of the PatientPop solution and truly understand the GTM processes we are running today. From there, you will make recommendations for how we can evolve our GTM in the short and long-term to meet the needs of our customers, employees and the company. You’ll lead, recruit and develop a top-notch strategy and operations team for marketing, sales and services. You will manage our cross-functional annual and 3 yr planning processes. Ultimately, your team will be responsible for driving impactful GTM changes and key projects to move our business forward and crush our growth objectives.
You will also help establish a shared business insights platform to measure performance across the entire customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for improvement & expansion. Your team will be critical partners to our finance team to define and manage the key performance indicators (KPI's) including leads, activities, pipeline, bookings, retention, renewal rates and efficiency metrics. You and your team will work closely with the heads of marketing, sales and services organizations to analyze and proactively identify and recommend actions to improve productivity. You’ll enable a disciplined sales forecast, pipeline and renewal operating cadence to drive predictable success. You’ll work with our business systems team on to develop a roadmap for our GTM technology stack and make recommendations on new tools and enhancements to accelerate our growth and improve productivity.
You will stand out with:
- Builder that enjoys creating a winning strategy and environment to set customers, employees and the business up for sustained success
- Minimum of 7-10 years in sale strategy/operations or relevant revenue operations role with high performance SaaS or healthtech software companies
- Led strategy and ops team for a SaaS company series C or later funding stage with aspirations of going public
- Strong strategic/business planning skills to actively drive to the company growth strategy
- Passionate and driven self-starter who is comfortable and able to execute independently
- Exceptional people leader and able to work effectively in collaboration with others
- Track record of driving inspiring results
- Expertise in data management, business intelligence, and leading GTM analytics teams
