We are looking for a passionate Global Mobility Lead to join our dynamitic company! As a Global Mobility Lead you will create the blueprint for our global mobility program. The program will oversee the global relocation, global immigration, tax mobility, extended business travel, short- and long-term assignment programs and our Deployment teams. This small but amazing team is working hard to build a comprehensive and world class global mobility program at Anduril that aligns with business needs and goals while supporting both new and existing employees in their mobility experience. Work cross functionally with key global mobility stakeholders (HR, Employment Law, Corporate Tax, Equity, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) to establish streamlined processes, clear guidelines, and meaningful resources.
What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders across multiple teams to develop and improve programs, policies, and administration of the mobility process to meet local business needs
- Facilitate consistent, effective mobility solutions in collaboration with Anduril’s Talent, People operations, HRBP’s, business leaders, and external partners to enable efficient and cost-effective deployment of employees across geographies
- Oversee regional vendor relationships (regional RMC team, household goods providers, regional tax teams, etc) to provide an excellent experience and cost-effective services. This may include vendor identification/selection and onboarding, exception and escalation, site visits/audits, and facilitating annual/biannual business reviews
- Oversee execution of all aspects of global deployment processes, including partnership with legal and Corporate tax requirements, corporate travel policies, payrolls, and various HR functions
- Provide Mobility-related expertise to local affiliate managers, HR Partners, HR team members and Finance leads to facilitate their use of mobility policies and procedures and to develop a high level of support model for transferees inbound to their office
- Integrate corporate practices, policies, and tools to deliver seamless, country-specific solutions
- Monitor and report on program activity, including move activity, assignment ROI, training, and tax implications to help us proactively manage the talent and costs associated with global expansion
- Capture and circulate best practices for the mobility life cycle
- Lead or participate in other global mobility initiatives and projects as needed
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify personnel movement requirements per geography/account and determine strategies to execute these efficiently, effectively, legally, and compliantly
- Manage the execution and tracking of personnel mobility requirements across geographies and accounts. Act as the main point of contact, to both internal and external stakeholders, for all mobility-related tasks, which involves effectively communicating to a variety of stakeholders and problem solving with these stakeholders when any issues may arise
- Build tooling and processes to streamline mobility processes and scale mobility operations across the company. Communicate process and guidelines out to the broader company
- Partner with internal business leaders to consolidate global mobility practices, prioritize efforts, and develop global mobility strategies across the org
- Coordinate and consolidate various priorities across geographies and accounts

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience and 8+ years of progressive functional experience in global mobility, 2+ years of experience managing large cross-function project teams
- Experience working in high-growth environments
- Vendor management experience
- Demonstrated project management and excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams
- Ability to coach and counsel employees and managers to effectively resolve issues by using good business judgment consistent with standards, practices, and policies
- Passion for working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures.
- Ability and willingness to attend calls to accommodate different time zones and travel as needed up to 25%
