Due to our explosive growth and global expansion, we're looking for an insanely driven FCL Supply Operations Manager to help build our Supply and Carrier operations teams in LA. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage a team of carrier operations associates to deliver ocean import and export ocean freight operations to drive customer and carrier satisfaction
• Collaborate with the customer facing team to ensure the highest level of service possible
• Be the first point of contact for our ocean carrier and our customer facing teams on operational performance topics
• Implement strategies to drive operational excellence, process improvements and automation to drive stakeholder (carrier & squad) satisfaction
• Inform the ongoing development of our proprietary software to revolutionize the ocean freight booking, release and cargo movement process for shippers and importers
• Identify and implement volume allocation and origin/destination process management strategies in collaboration with our procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with appropriate governmental regulations and company policies
• Provide coaching and training to Supply Operations Associates.

What you'll need:

• BA/BS Degree;
• 4 years of prior experience at a top freight forwarder or carrier ideally with customer service or booking/documentation operations experience or 4 years of experience in management consulting or supply chain consulting;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• An obsession with stakeholder happiness. You succeed when they succeed;
• Strategic vision for process innovation and ground floor execution

• The desire to lead, train, and develop up and coming industry talent.
