Collab, Inc is a Downtown LA based digital talent network and entertainment studio providing software and services for professional social media creators. Collab was started by veteran video creators to help make the lives of independent creators easier and to provide everything they need to succeed creatively and financially. We specialize in working with mobile video creators and helping them build their audience and earnings across multiple platforms (YouTube, musical.ly, Instagram, Facebook, etc). Our network includes over 400 top social media creators and receives over 3 Billion views every month on YouTube.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Collab's Executive Coordinator provides seamless executive support across multiple disciplines. This role ensures that each employee and guest entering the Collab space has a high-quality experience. This role prioritizes and delivers on our culture initiatives each day. Responsibilities include the ability to:

  • Maintain the calendar of several executives, ensuring that they are on-time for meetings and other work obligations; preparing printed materials as necessary
  • Serve as first point of contact for all guests; ensure that all guests are connected with their contact in a timely manner and offered refreshment, parking validation, and other necessities
  • Maintain and restock snacks, drinks, and other office supplies upon delivery and throughout the week as necessary
  • Work with catering vendors for all Collab events as directed by the Events Coordinator and assist with set-up and clean-up of events
  • Issue parking passes for new employees; maintain and issue parking validations for guests
  • Book travel, prepare expense reports, edit documents, and other administrative tasks, as assigned
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties, as assigned 

MUST-HAVE’S:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written)
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain focus to manage multiple projects and expectations
  • Ability to learn new technology and become familiar with existing systems
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • 1+ year(s) in an administrative support position

BONUSES:
