PaymentCloud is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks from administrative support to running the occasional errand.

The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and personal assistance. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. This role is made for an individual who is an excellent multi-tasker and has a growth mindset that is willing to learn new skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's and executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
  • Replenish office materials such as snacks, printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
  • Provide event management support as requested.
  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
  • Provide personal assistance to the CEO.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to managing competing priorities
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PA certification is a plus

 

This is an in-office position. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
