TikTok is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the interim CEO at TikTok. The person in this role will need to be a skillful problem-solver with strong organizational abilities given the often complex and ambiguous needs of the role. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across TikTok. Responsibilities - What You'll Do: - Coordinate internal and external meetings for executives - Manage complex calendars: plan, negotiate, and schedule meetings using discretion and judgment to determine priorities - Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions - Coordinate domestic and international travel - General office duties as needed - Be proactive with an ability to anticipate needs - Utilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority - Build cross-functional relationships between departments - Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
