RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the CEO on a day to day basis with important, time sensitive tasks
  • Acting as the point of contact between the C-level and internal or external colleagues
  • Organizing meetings and extensive calendar management
  • Handling email correspondence to internal and external partners
  • Coordinating/booking every detail of travel including flight, hotel and car service
  • Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
  • Support by project managing between departments

SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of experience in admin support/EA
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Well-developed organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional discretion
  • Passionate about inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle
  • German language skills are a plus!
